The lung meridian governs breathing and energy flow.
Exercise No. 1 to Stimulate the Lungs
Lightly tap on the entire chest area for 30 seconds at least three times per day.
Exercise No. 2 for Coughs
Gently yet firmly press the centre of the breastbone (sternum) in line with the nipples for 30 seconds.
