Follow the blue beam of light through the:

• oesophagus,

• stomach,

• small intestine,

• large intestine,

• rectum and anal canal,

• down through the legs (second and third toes) and arms (thumbs index) into the universe, 
and into the ground.

Leave the blue light energy behind for your subconscious to continue the healing.

Envision your large intestine glowing in luminous clear light.
