Sleep. Part Six

After a good night's sleep, (if you have followed my previous instructions) you can still do something before you arise from bed before you totally wake up.

Begin by taking 10 deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Concentrate on the rhythm of your breathing and the feeling of the breath as it is drawn in and released out.

For every inhalation imagine breathing in blue energy which spreads throughout your whole body, healing each and every cell. When breathing out exhale red energy which takes all your stress and anxiety along with it, dispersing far from your body.

Smile to every organ in your body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and be grateful for the hard work they do for you.

Remind yourself of all the things that you are grateful for.

Then circle your wrists 10 times in one direction, then 10 times in the opposite direction. Open and close your fists 10 times.

Circle one ankle 10 times in one direction, then 10 times in the other direction and repeat with the other ankle.

Hit the top of your foot with the soul of the other foot 10 times. Swap feet and repeat.

For cancer prevention for both genders, massage the breasts in slow circles 36 times, in each direction.

Bend your knees so that the feet are flat on the bed. With one hand on top of the other, in a slow circular motion, massage the stomach with your hands 50 times in one direction, then 50 in the other.

Imagine a golden light all around you. This is your light of protection where no one can enter without your permission.

Repeat the following to yourself at least 21 times. ‘I love myself and every day is my success.' Dr Mirella
